Intellectual Property Manager

We are seeking anIP Partnership Manager to responsible for managing relationships with intellectual property (IP) owners, securing the rights to use licensed characters, movie scenes, and other creative assets in the photobooth network. This role involves negotiating licensing agreements, managing collaborations with major IP holders (e.g., cartoon franchises, film studios), and ensuring all usage complies with legal and commercial requirements. The manager will also identify and develop new IP partnership opportunities to enhance the photobooth’s offerings.

What you’ll be doing:

• IP Licensing and Negotiation: Secure licensing rights for characters, movie scenes, and creative assets. Negotiate favorable terms that align with our product ( photobooths) vision and business goals.

• Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with IP owners, entertainment brands, and studios to develop co-branded experiences and exclusive content for our photobooths.

• Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with creative and technical teams to ensure licensed content is integrated seamlessly and accurately within our photobooth experiences.

• Contract and Compliance Management: Ensure all agreements comply with IP laws and licensing restrictions, managing renewals, royalty payments, and financial reporting.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years in IP licensing, partnerships, or business development, preferably within entertainment, gaming, or consumer products;
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience in complex licensing agreements;
• Knowledge of IP law and licensing best practices;
• Detail-oriented and collaborative, with an ability to work closely with creative and technical teams.
