Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to Department Head
- Provide full spectrum of sales and administrative support to Commercial Department
- Prepare sales order and sales related documents
- Compile sales report and maintain CRM Systems
- Liaise with internal departments to monitor Commercial projects’ progress and timeline in accordance with the project planning
- Perform ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or associate degree equivalent in Business related disciplines
- 1 year working experience in sales administration or marketing preferred, fresh graduated is welcome
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (with Mandarin is an advantage)
- Practical experience in working with Sales & Marketing colleagues
- Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available will be highly preferred
