Senior / Event Coordinator

SNAPIO is a leading photo booth brand specializing in immersive and interactive photo experiences. With over 40 selfie booths located in premier shopping malls across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, Snapio is dedicated to creating seamless experiences that enhance communication and interaction.

Our brand operates several business units, including brand and IP collaborations, partnerships with shopping malls, fandom activities, and artist collaborations.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior / Event Coordinator to join our team.

This role is pivotal in managing diverse corporate brands, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful integration of SNAPIO’s photo booths across various malls and venues.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event management, operations, and project coordination, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and handle event inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service to foster successful partnerships. 
• Coordinate and maintain an efficient photo booth schedule, ensuring optimal utilization across various events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop creative marketing campaigns that leverage photo booths to engage customers.
• Oversee artwork management, working closely with the design team to ensure timely and accurate production.
• Liaise with the technical team to ensure proper setup and functionality of photo booths.
• Communicate with vendors for photo booth printing and wrapping services.
• Coordinate logistics for the timely delivery of photo booths to various locations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. 
• 3-4 years of experience in event management, mall operations, or project management. 
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Highly motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach. 
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on high-quality results. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
