Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall finance operations and strategic financial management matters of the Group, including but not limited to financial analysis and reporting, treasury, tax planning, internal control, annual audits, etc.
• Participate in M&A projects and assist the Executive Director to achieve the annual financial targets, recommend and develop short-term to long-term financial plans and projections
• Cooperate with the Legal Department to complete all transaction announcements and circulars
• Develop and upkeep the financial and accounting policies of the Group
• Monitor the performance of the finance team and provide on-the-job training and support to them
• Perform ad-hoc reports/projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Holder of professional qualification of CPA
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience in listed company
• Familiar with the Hong Kong listing rules, Hong Kong and China tax regulations, policies and accounting systems
• Good command in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Commercially flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
