Research Scientist

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting and managing high-quality research projects related to stem cell research, cord blood and tissue banking, and molecular diagnostics
• Overseeing the development of innovative products in these areas that align with our company's goals
• Designing and executing experiments, analyzing resultant data, and interpreting these findings in the context of our focus areas
• Writing and reviewing technical reports and scientific papers related to our research focus
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure the success of our specialized research projects
• Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific and technological developments in stem cell research, cord blood and tissue banking, and molecular diagnostics
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences or related field
• Relevant experience in stem cell research, cord blood and tissue banking, and/or molecular diagnostics is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• High level of initiative and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
• Fixed-term contract with possibility for renewal
