IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Set up IT strategy to meet business needs and growth
• Responsible for standardizing IT policies and procedures and implement them throughout the company
• Maintain daily operation to ensure smooth IT operation, stable applications, systems and network
• Manage and operate the company’s regional infrastructure, which comprises of local and regional networks, co-location data centres, public clouds, server & virtualization platforms
• Recommend solutions to improved productivity for company and business units
• Plan and control all phases of infrastructure development, including feasibility study, procurement, implementation, and maintenance.
• Ensure all project deliverable meets quality standards and client expectations, conducting thorough testing and validation as necessary
• Manage IT Budget, IT related procurement and vendor relationship.

Qualification & Skills Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT related discipline or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with regional management role
• Microsoft certified technology specialist with extensive experience supporting and managing Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server and SharePoint
• Excellent working knowledge of ERP
• High proficiency managing and supporting firewall and VPN appliances
• Skills to diagnose IT incidents and problems
• Strong understanding of various technologies or solutions and their integration within business processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
