About the role

Join Hill Sound Limited as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time role based in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive products awareness and lead to successful sales

What you'll be doing

• To effectively recommend, manage, and oversee the digital marketing strategies across the company while coordinating with various team leaders and teammates

• Social Media and Online Advertising:Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media and online advertising campaigns to enhance company visibility and drive conversion

• Conduct keyword research, develop targeted content, and implement search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve organic website visibility
• Create engaging social media content and manage paid social media campaigns to reach and convert target audiences
• Supervise website updates and maintenance to ensure a user-friendly experience
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote product offerings
• Coordinate closely with Sales teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives
• KPIs to Monitor: Online: Website traffic, CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead.
• Monthly Reports: Compare results, adjust strategies accordingly.

• Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Undertake any additional marketing responsibilities delegated by line manager, ensuring timely and effective execution.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results through various online channels
• Develop marketing materials, eDMs, website content
• Proficient in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
• Skilled in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Douyin, You tube...
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative digital marketing solutions
