Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the internal teams and clients to follow up shipments, orders, product information and order processing
- Prepare full set of shipping documents
- Arrange shipping and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of the orders from the vendors to the clients
- Order input and prepare sales documents including purchase orders and invoices, etc.
- Monitoring manufacturing and shipment schedule
- Provide support on daily operation and coordination duties
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, sales analysis and reports
- Handle customer enquiries, maintain customer relations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excel in fast-paced environment: Demonstrate efficiency and responsibility while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in handling hazardous goods shipments will be an advantage
- Ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years or more of working experience in a sales support role
Proactive and self-motivated, with sense of responsibility and good communication skillsto effectively collaborate with both internal team and external parties
- Good team player, can-do attitude
- Excellent in both English and Chinese, Mandarin preferable
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
