Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the full-sets of accounts including book and review journal entries, schedules as well as prepare month-end reports timely and accurately.
- Assist to carry out professional field study and due diligence from finance and taxation perspective to support international business, such as trading, manufacturing, M&A and so forth.
- Perform regular reconciliation with other business units including German, France, Spain and Australia etc.
- Prepare funding report and payment order on daily basis
- Liable for internal audit to other business units and liaise with external auditor to carry out annual audit and tax return activities.
- Assist in preparation of financial analysis reports and budgets for management.
- Perform ad-hoc arrangements as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above and major in accounting or related with 3+ experience.
- 2 years more experience in big 4 is preferred.
- Solid professional knowledge, especially in the fields of IFRS and taxation.
- Able to handle multi-task, self-motivated, well organized with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork spirit.
- Highly self-driving and self-discipline to positively influence team members to accept team culture and value.
- Can do attitude and be with the fast pace working style under pressure and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software, like MYOB etc.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
