駐地盤屋宇裝備督察 (BSI)

現為工程位於沙頭角蓮麻坑客家文化中心招聘駐工地員工。合約期暫定由2025年1月開始，預計合約期為12個月，合約期滿後按表現可獲發約滿酬金。

最低入職條件：

a) 申請人必須持有香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學/香港科技學院/香港工業學院/香港專業教育學院頒發屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程文憑或高級證書課程，或具備同等學歷

b)具有八年相關工作經驗。

c)在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科達到第二級 * 或以上成績或同等學歷。

d)持有職業安全和健康或建築安全的學位證書，文憑或高級文憑。

[* 註：2007 年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科 (課程㇠) 所考獲的 E 級成績在行政上會被接受等同於 2007 年及以後的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科所考獲的第二級成績。]

Resident Building Services Inspector (BSI)

Require resident site staff for the main contract works of the proposed Hakka Cultural Centre at Lin Ma Hang, Sha Tau Kok.

The tentative employment period will be about 12 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be from January 2025.

Minimum Qualifications:

a) A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Hong Kong Polytechnic University/ Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.

b) 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience

c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

d)Degree, certificate, Dip or higher Dip in occupational safety and health or in construction safety is preferred.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English
Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
