Job Duties:
- Perform general office administration & clerical duties such as maintaining attendance and leave record management, procurement of office supplies, maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Provide general office administration and clerical support including back up the reception duties
- Responsible for all-round HR duties
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and office administration role
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
