Assistant Manager - Marketing

Overview: Humansa is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager of Marketing Department to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development and implementation of marketing communication content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, XHS, eDM, WeChat, etc,. and establish and maintain relationships with media outlets in Hong Kong The successful candidate will utilize AI tools and collaborate closely with the Operations team to enhance our marketing efforts. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will work alongside designers to finalize social media content drafts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and develop marketing communication content for various platforms using AI tools, in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Collaborate with designers to finalize and polish social media content drafts.
• Reach out to media outlets based in Hong Kong to enhance brand exposure and visibility.
• Contribute to additional responsibilities related to the marketing assistant manager role as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
• Understanding of the PR landscape in Hong Kong and familiarity with local media.
• Experience in reaching out to media outlets for brand exposure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with AI tools for social media content creation is a plus.
• Experience studying overseas is preferred.
