職位描述

Position: Administrative Officer & Receptionist
Location: Exchange Tower, Central

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments;
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking;
- Coordinate administrative procedures and systems;
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner;
- Handle administrative tasks as needed;
- Manage scheduling and appointments;
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area; and
- Organize meetings and maintain schedules.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or in related fields are a plus;
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software; and
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
