One special assistant to the general manager
Job Responsibilities
1.Assist the general manager in formulating and implementing the development strategy of the garment factory, participate in discussions and formulation of major company decisions, and provide valuable advice and information support.
2. Reasonably assist the general manager in scheduling, including meetings, business trips, and negotiations, ensuring that work proceeds efficiently and orderly, while also preparing for meetings, collecting materials, and conducting necessary discussions.
3. As a communication bridge between the general manager and various departments, promptly convey the general manager's instructions, coordinate the work between departments, follow up on work progress and results, and ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the garment factory's production, sales, and procurement.
4. Responsible for the organization and archiving of important documents and materials in the garment factory, ensuring the integrity and standardization of the document system, while also maintaining confidentiality.
5. Assist the general manager in receiving visiting clients, partners, etc., to showcase the good corporate image of the garment factory.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to clothing, business management, and other related fields.
2. Have more than 5 years of experience in the clothing industry or experience as a general manager's assistant.
In good health, proficient in both Chinese and English.
4. Possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
5. Proficient in using office software, with good text processing and data analysis skills.
6. Able to travel for business for extended periods, possess strong adaptability, and can efficiently complete work in a high-pressure environment.
