Business Development Manager / Executive

About the role

Keylord Business Solutions Limited is a regulated professional firm base in Hong Kong with office overseas, we provide delicate corporate solutions and business services to the multi-national clients.

We are now seeking for a talented and driven Business Development Buddy to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving new business growth for our innovative business solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and key performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new market developments
• Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the business
• Dealing with multi-national and vary cultural clients

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in new business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the customer service and commitment oriented
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Fluent in English speaking and sensitive writing skill

• Acceptance of basic salary + commission
