We are a Private Real Estate Company focusing on commercial and retail property investment. Our portfolio mainly includes Grade A Offices and other retail properties in busiest areas. To cope with our growth, we are now looking for high caliber to join our team as:

Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team in all landlord's leasing activities, including lease negotiations, rent reviews, new lettings, tenancy renewals, tenancy agreements and related legal documents;
• Develop new potential clients, work closely with and manage local property agencies to achieve the business goals of the Company;
• Formulate and implement effective leasing and marketing strategy for the Company’s portfolio;
• Provide comprehensive research and in-depth analysis of the latest market trends and relevant government policies;
• Maintain sound relationship with existing tenants to ensure maximum lease renewal rate.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate /Marketing-related Disciplines;
• Around 10 years’ solid leasing and sales experience, minimum 6 years’ experience in managerial level;
• Good business network with potential tenants and property agents;
• Highly motivated, result oriented, confident with commitment to quality and able to take ownership;
• Proactive, positive working attitude with good market sense;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Excellent supervisory and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Manager.
