工作地點:香港

薪酬:底薪+提成獎金

崗位職責:

1、根據上一年度銷售資料,制定本年度、季度、月度銷售目標與行動計畫,並落實相關銷售目標;

2、負責優質經銷商的開發,協助開發和對接終端客戶;

3、分解銷售目標,分配客戶資源,維護經銷商和終端客戶關係,促進銷售目標達成;

4、組織、指導處理銷售過程中出現的客戶異常,處理重大客戶異常,維護客戶關係,提升客戶滿意度;

5、定期分析銷售費用的使用狀況,針對成本使用超出預算的地方,制定改善措施,降低相關費用支出;

6、負責制定大客戶攻堅方案,並組織實施,定期組織回顧實施效果,及時調整策略。

任職要求:

1、大專及以上學歷,醫學相關專業背景優先;

2、2年以上工作經驗,有1年以上醫療器械行業銷售工作經驗優先;

3、熟悉醫療器械行業相關情況及行銷管道,熟練掌握行銷管理、大客戶管理、代理商管理等相關專業知識;

4、熟悉熟悉外科手術知識和國家醫療器械市場監督法律法規及行業、地區相關法律法規;

5、熟悉醫療器械的產品操作和工具的使用,有高值耗材器械銷售、學術推廣會議經驗優先;

6、具備有優秀的學習能力、溝通能力、談判能力、以及執行能力。

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Work Location: Shanghai / Wuhan / Hong Kong

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Based on the previous year’s sales data, formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and action plans, and implement the relevant sales objectives.

Responsible for the development of high-quality distributors, and assist in developing and connecting with end customers.

Break down sales targets, allocate customer resources, maintain relationships with distributors and end customers, and promote the achievement of sales goals.

Organize and guide the handling of customer issues that arise during the sales process, address major customer issues, maintain customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.

Regularly analyze the use of sales expenses, identify areas where costs exceed the budget, and develop improvement measures to reduce related expenditures.

Develop key account strategies, organize and implement them, regularly review their effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

College degree or above; a background in medical-related fields is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in medical device sales preferred.

Familiar with the medical device industry and its marketing channels; proficient in professional knowledge related to sales management, key account management, and distributor management.

Knowledgeable about surgical procedures and national medical device market supervision laws and regulations, as well as industry- and region-specific regulations.

Familiar with the operation of medical device products and tools; experience in high-value consumable medical device sales and academic promotion conferences is preferred.

Possess excellent learning, communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
