Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities :
 

• Responsible for procurement activities including sourcing, price and terms negotiation with suppliers from local and Japan
• Monitor the inventory level to prepare stock forecasting and PO
• Forecast, coordinate and update the shipment schedule & related reports
• Identify new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers
• Responsible for and assist in processing warehouse documents

Requirements :
 

• Diploma holder or above in Merchandising, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B industry
• Strong communication skills in Chinese, English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel & Word , Japanese and Chinese Word Processing
