Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

•        Handle full set of accounts, including month-end closing, financial statements and management accounts

•        Prepare management reports for HK and PRC companies

•        Responsible for budgeting, cash flow, credit control, financial analysis and invoicing for HK and group of companies

•        Prepare Group consolidation and statutory accounts, and also related schedules

•        Other management accounting related functions or ad hoc assignment.

•        Ensure the accounting records and documentation in compliance with the local statutory requirement and company accounting policies

Requirements:

•        Diploma holder of Accounting discipline or finalist of HKICPA or ACCA 

•        At least 5 years of accounting experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience with Commercial Background, experience in manufacturing experience is an asset

•        Experience in auditing is an advantage

•        Experienced in handling PRC accounts and taxation matters is a definite advantage.

•        Travel to PRC and overseas trip is required
