IT Senior Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, IT - International will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the company’s global IT infrastructure and systems. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive technology innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure that IT aligns with the business goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, a strong understanding of emerging technologies, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global IT strategy in alignment with the organization’s objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee the management of IT global operations, including infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
• Lead and mentor diverse global teams of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify global technology needs and implement solutions that enhance business performance.
• Manage the global IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high service levels.
• Establish and enforce global IT governance, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to improve efficiency and enhance user experience.
• Monitor IT trends and advancements to position the organization as a leader in technology utilization.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Prepare and present reports to executive management on global IT performance, projects, and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred and have solid knowledge and experience of MySQL, Windows Server, Linux Server, and major public clouds (e.g., AWS, Aliyun etc.)
• 7 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with proven project management skills and experience
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies on a global scale.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills in managing teams from different nationalities and cultures. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must. Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing start-up environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) would be an advantage.
