- Booking, monitoring, tracking of shipments
- Monitor the accuracy of vendors invoice and shipment documents
- Monitor and negotiate shipment cost to optimize cost efficiency
- Direct communicate with vendors and 3rd party logistics in China
- Update shipment status report
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in shipping
- Experience in liaising with China vendors and 3rd party logistics is preferred
- Knowledge of China I/E documentation and procedures
- Good communication skills, detail-minded and well organized in work
- Good command in written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Proficiently in MS office, Excel/Words
