Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts, accounting ledgers preparation, AR/treasury functions, inter-company transactions and perform daily accounting operations;
• Prepare month-end closing schedules, such as bank reconciliation, management reports;
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized filing system;
• Liaise with auditors in statutory audit;
• Any ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years or above relevant experience;
• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel;
• Knowledge in MYOB will be an added advantage;
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Well organized, attentive to details and ability to meet deadlines;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Immediate available would be highly preferred.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.
