Creative Director / Associate Creative Director

We are currently seeking an Associate Creative Director / Creative Director to join our creative team in Hong Kong for expansion. Job Duties:

• Report to the Executive Creative Director and collaborate with leading designers on Master Design and Design Development projects, including VM, POSM, and Retail design.
• Taking the creative lead on exciting pitches, delivering original and effective design solutions.
• Collaborate directly with clients to transform their needs into a creative design solution.
• Enhance our creative offerings by bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Direct and inspire the design team and 3D visualizers.
• Guide projects from concept to completion, driving creative pitches individually or by mentoring and reviewing the work of team members. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Retail Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• 8+ years in design/advertising, events and exhibitions, or POSM/store design. Experience in beauty and luxury, or a background in a creative agency working with similar clients, is a plus.
• Strong creative background with attention to detail; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong planning and project management skills, including effective resource allocation and time management, as well as knowledge of project processes and factory visits when required.
• Proficient in 3D Max (V-Ray)/SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AutoCAD; good hand sketching skill is a plus
• Candidates with less leadership experience may be considered for the Associate Creative Director role.
