Media Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the audience characteristics and behaviors of different social media and developing targeted content strategies
• Develop a content calendar, including text, pictures, videos, and other forms of content, and determine the release time
• Create original content or finding suitable content sources to ensure content quality and attractiveness
• Collaborate with the customer service team to promptly respond to user comments, private messages, and questions to establish an excellent interactive relationship.
• To increase social interaction, encourage users to participate in interactions such as asking questions, voting, sharing, etc.
• Develop and maintain community rules to ensure community order and user experience.
• Work with the event operation team to plan online/offline activities to increase user participation and stickiness.
• Track critical indicators such as fan growth, interaction rate, click-through rate, etc., to understand the performance of social media platforms
• Develop social media optimization plans, adjust content release frequency, form and interactive form, continuously track data, evaluate operational results, and optimize strategies

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above. Majoring in marketing, communication or related disciplines and at least 1 year working experience in related field
• Experience in the financial industry will be advanced
• Solid knowledge towards Chinese social media practices, include but not limited to Sina Weibo, WeChat, Youku, Little Red Book, Douyin
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Experience in dealing with overseas parties is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to cooperate effectively with different departments
• Possess data analysis ability, able to formulate corresponding optimization plans based on data results
• Experience in community operations such as Discord or event planning is preferred
• Immediate available is preferred.

QMAS / TTPS Visa is Welcome. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Position.
