Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 5 and a half days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the full shipping documents, including sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and packing list verification.
• General shipping support, monitoring status, and providing updates.
• Perform data entry to international customer systems.
• Logistics and forwarder booking.
• Handle the bank IF/IC loan application. 
   

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in shipping or related to international EU/USA customers.
• Proficiency in data entry and managing logistical paperwork.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
