Mingly Corporation and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) are based in Hong Kong engaging in real estate and investment activities in the Asia Pacific region.  We have diversified investments in the in real estate sector as well as a number of other strategic ventures.  To cope with our business needs, our Hong Kong office is inviting candidates to join our team for the captioned position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial, administrative, and personal support to a director and senior management.
  • Managing and booking all executive travel arrangement including visa application, car arrangements, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare reports, correspondences, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain an efficient and effective filing system.
  • Manage work schedules, daily appointments, and meeting arrangement. Responsible in organizing meetings, prepare meeting agenda and materials, draft minutes, and related administrative work.
  • Going on business trips when required.
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and proactive mindset.
  • Professional with high integrity and responsibility. Detail-minded and able to work independently and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) and online conferencing software such as Zoom
  • Willing to travel overseas
