Creative Assistant (Ref: CA – CA)

Corporate Affairs Department (Sham Shui Po)

Responsibilities:

1. To create designs, artworks and implement any assigned creative tasks across all marketing channels, including online and offline;
2. To collaborate with other departments, service units, external vendors and freelancers to execute projects, campaigns and corporate collaterals;
3. To assist in the production of corporate collaterals, corporate souvenirs, annual reports, publications, social media, and digital marketing content, update the website of the Association;
4. To edit content for accuracy and clarity by using appropriate design software;
5. To assist in executing the Association’s event with creative concepts and innovative ideas; and
6. To perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

1. High Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia or other related disciplines;
2. Minimum of 2 years or above of relevant experience;
3. Familiar in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic design tools;
4. Knowledge of video editing and social media management;
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
6. Good team player and communication skills, responsible and self-motivated; and
7. Proactive, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
