Sales administrative/Sales assistant (F&B business)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales assistant to join our dynamic F&B team at Nissei Y&M (H.K.) Company, Limited. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and sales support to our sales and operations teams based in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District.

What you'll be doing

• Handling import and inventory tracking, co-ordinating with factories to ensure stable supply and proudction
• Assisting with order processing, sales reporting
• Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
• Coordinating with the logistic and technican team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative and sales-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales administrative or sales assistant role, preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in SAP will definatately an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Japanese speaking is preferrable.
• Customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
• Willing to work in a small-scale company.
