Project Executive / Marketing Assistant

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Local, Mainland and Overseas Marketing & PR projects;
• Coordination with clients, venders and internal team from idea to effectively planning, organising, executing and delivering various exhibitions, marketing projects, PR events, virtual and hybrid activities professionally on time and within budget;
• Effectively handle logistics, co-ordination, monitoring of work progress, time management, budgetary control, assessment of outcomes, result evaluation and reporting;
• Prepare digital marketing, promotional and social media materials;
• Draft press releases, speeches, proposals and report;
• Undertake ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned;
• Overseas and Mainland travel when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing/ Event Management/ Communications or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 years exhibition, marketing, digital and event management experience is preferred, solid experience in working at event and PR agency is an advantage;
• Able to deliver quality output under tight deadlines and within budgets;
• Strong responsibility, self-motivated, aggressive & result-driven;
• Excellent communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office application;
• Less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant, fresh graduates are welcomed;
• Immediately available is preferred.
