About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant/Secretary to join the team at Premium Seasons Company Service Limited in the Wong Tai Sin District. This full-time role will provide key administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth running of the office and support the senior leadership team.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the daily calendar and schedule of senior executives, arranging meetings and appointments
- Handling all incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence, and responding or directing them accordingly
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and transport
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering stationery as required
What we're looking for
- Diploma holder or above in a relevant discipline
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or executive secretary role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- A proactive and flexible approach, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
