Assistant eCommerce Manager

We are the award-winning healthcare and personal care brands with excellent sales performance in major local and cross-border retail channels. We are now looking for a suitable candidate to join our expanding business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities and tactics of the eCommerce channels to maximize sales performance

• Maintain good relationships with the key eCom account

• Monitor and analyze the performance of eCommerce sales to enhance product listings, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth eCommerce operations

• Prepare performance reports and analysis for management review

• Perform ad hoc tasks when required

Job Requirements

•  A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration or related disciplines

• At least 5 years of eCommerce experience in the consumer goods industry

• Familiarity with local and/ or cross-border eCommerce marketplace

• Equipped with analytical mind and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Excel

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• A result-oriented team player who works independently and has a strong sense of responsibility
