Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Descriptions: 

• Design mechanical product including product specification, material selection, CAD design, and detail product drawing by Solid-work;
• Design, implement and test new products to achieve desired features and specification;
• Responsibility for specific projects - plan, development, follow-up, report and control delivery of agreed objectives;
• Short-term duty overseas to support the project with project goals.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Eng., or equivalent;
• Responsible for the mechanical design of a wide range of products services electroplating applications of PCB, IC Wafers, Photo-voltaic Wafers and also providing technical support to other department or clients;
• Knowledge of Solidwork is preferable.
