About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Sales and Marketing Manager to join our global team based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with proven leadership experience in the electronics industry.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team specializing in LCDs, TFT modules, touch panels, and HMI technologies. Our collaborative work environment fosters both individual and corporate growth.

RCL actively participates in international electronics trade shows, including events in Germany, the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and implement detailed sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Support and report to the Sales Director and Managing Director on global marketing and customer acquisition efforts, including client visits worldwide.
  • Work closely with the factory team to identify and develop new product opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting with new product development and strategic business initiatives.
  • Participate in the commercial process, coordinating with quality and risk management teams.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and formulate sales initiatives with actionable execution plans.
  • Close collaboration with internal technical team to solve quality problem arises from customer end.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as physics, chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering, marketing, or a related technical discipline.
  • > 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in electronics components or related industries.
  • Passion for new product development in the HMI field
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to drive business excellence.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Based in the Hong Kong sales office. Occasional visit to China factory usually once a week.
  • Occasional overseas travel for customer visits and business development initiatives.
