VP of Growth

We are looking for an experienced VP of Growth to join our dynamic team. The responsibility includes:

• Work alongside our CEO and will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of growth strategies across different areas of the business.
• Responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, as well as optimizing the existing processes to ensure they are cost-effective and scalable.
• Leading strategy development and execution to drive customer/client acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets.
• Working with marketing, sales, PR, and product teams to optimize existing and establish new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals.
• Analyzing business performance and creating monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights.
• Maintaining relationships with decision-makers across our target client/customer base.
• Building and managing a successful team while fostering a culture that aligns with and promotes company values

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Economics, Business, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience, 15+ years of working experiences in banking industry or payment industry in the Global Market business.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of payment/card product development/ cross-border sales and business operations, an analytical mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• An expertise in China cross boarder payment area with strong experience in sales management, customer relations management, telephone sales management, marketing management, product management, project management, enterprise strategy, etc.

• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Strong leadership and able to communicate with all levels of people
• Being sensitive to the market trend and responsive to changes of customer behavior

·        Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is required

·        Frequent business travel is required

·        Immediate availability preferred
