Marketing Assistant (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Consolidate daily transactions of e-commerce platform and system operations, including order processing and shipment arrangement
• Maintain contents and update products’ information for the company’s website and system
• Assist and resolve customers’ inquiries
• Associate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure quality delivery of marketing promotions and activities
• Support the preparation and collaborate closely with the team to ensure a smooth execution of marketing events
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree graduates in any disciplines;
• Fresh Graduates with proactive learning attitude are also welcome;
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and etc;
• Self-motivated with good communication skills, independent and able to work under a fast-paced environment;
• Experienced in managing online shops of e-Commerce marketplace would be a plus (e.g. HKTVmall).
