Sales & Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients' branding and help them market their products and services
• Able to work closely with your team to enhance team performance
• Able to take a leadership role and manage the entire sales and marketing team
• Formulate and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
• Represent client branding to increase brand awareness with the public
• Drive sales to maximize opportunities through creative ideas and initiatives
• Providing professional advice and product knowledge to support our customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets

Requirements :

• Fluent in Cantonese is a must
• Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related disciplines
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
• Mature personality, aggressive, strong organizational
• Be sales-oriented and familiar with the market and trends
• Willingness to learn and to be trained in new products and services to meet the needs of the business
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
