Technical Support

Job Responsibilities

• Provide in-house and on-site technical support and maintenance services for EAS, CCTV, Access Control, Alarm & IOT System
• Installation & configuration of software & hardware
• To assist Sales team in overall job operations and co-ordination
• To ensure smooth handover & communication to customers from the commencement of installation, service/maintenance contract.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate holder in Computing or related Computing discipline
• Good communication of both written and spoken English and Chinese - Proficiency in MS Office, IT work experience is highly preferable
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills and excellent customer services
• Fresh Graduates are Welcomed
