Qualifications & experience

• Proven track record in achieving top sales
• Extensive experience with client relationship management, including HNW individuals and institutions
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate large-scale marketing and promotional events across Asia
• Skilled in multi-asset allocation, brand promotion, and professional communications

Tasks & responsibilities

• Drive partnership business development from Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau to Southeast Asia.
• Manage high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships for individual and institutional clients, delivering tailored solutions and strategies.
• Provide consulting services on institutional business, focusing on liquidity, trading tools, and advanced strategies.
• Lead and execute marketing campaigns to support Introducing Broker (IB) business expansion.
• Establish and oversee regional teams, including office setup and team leadership, particularly in Greater China.
