Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to meet ends from different corporate distribution channels based on company’s directions;
• Prepare various managerial and performance reports and make analysis on a regular basis;
• Responsible for marketing functions including marketing events, above-the-line & below-the-line advertising;
• Plan, maintain and operate various social media/eCommerce platforms;
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, GDN, Google Analytics and FB Ads Manager
• Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing activities to achieve pre-set business goals;
• Implement marketing and branding strategies and work closely with Sales team;
• Travelling, if necessary, may be required.

Requirements:

• 2 years+ experience in consumer products marketing preferable;
• University graduate in Marketing or Business Administration;
• Experience in multinational FMCG industry and good understanding of eCommerce will be an added advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office Application (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, VLOOKUP, pivot table, formula setting, manipulation data across multiple sheets and Teams, etc.) and Chinese word processing;
• Strong mind in art and design and related software like Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator and Premiere;
• Outgoing personality, can work independently, self-motivated, proactive and responsible;
• Good mastery of both written and spoken English and fluency in Mandarin is preferred;
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Marketing Officer”.
