Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via various communication channels, e.g. email, phone and in-person
- Troubleshooting & providing user supports and server administration
- Design, analyze and implement effective computer networks
- Install, configure and upgrade hardware and software
- To work on projects that relates to IT infrastructure
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience
- Familiar with Windows / Linux platform, Network Security, VMWare, Web Server
- Ability to communicate in English is preferable
