Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager in Business Development, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base of the company. You will collaborate with various departments to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Your role is critical in driving the company's growth and establishing its position in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute the business development strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Identify new market segments, potential clients, and emerging trends to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive business growth.
3. Sales Process and Pipeline Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align business goals and strategies.
- Communicate market feedback, customer insights, and industry trends to internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance its visibility and network with potential clients.
5. Willing to travel to meet with potential business partners
As a Sales Manager for apparel, your role would involve overseeing the planning, development, and execution of merchandise strategies for a company or brand within the apparel industry. Here's an overview of the key responsibilities and duties typically associated with this position:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar business development role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
