We, SEMITEC (H.K.) CO., LTD., a leading Japanese listed electronics company located in Mongkok invite applicants to fill the following post.
Responsibilities :
* Handle full set of accounts independently
* Handle accounts payable function, including vendor payment, purchase invoice posting, and accounts reconciliation
* Handle general accounts function, including expense reimbursement, voucher preparation, fixed asset maintenance
* Assist in preparation of accounts and management report
* Handle stock adjustment voucher, and assist in stock reconciliation
* Handle general office administration and secretarial duties, eg. Payroll, MPF, etc
* Handle import and export custom declaration via tradelink system (Simple and low volume)
* Assist in month-end closing and fiscal year end audit
* Ad-hoc duties assigned by Accounts Manager
Requirements :
* Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
* Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Accounting, and Administration function experience is highly preferred
* Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
* Attention to details, well-organized, and good interpersonal skills
* Well responsibility, honest and able to work independently
* Immediate availability is preferred
