Sales Team Head (Futures Business)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities
• Manage sales activities of the team by leveraging a range of products and services (including futures, options, securities, bonds, mutual funds etc.) especially in commodities and high net worth clients
• Formulate the business plans, cross-selling strategies and objectives for the business to expand client base through prospecting and increasing clients’ portfolio
• Review the internal policies, guidelines and operational procedures to fulfill all prospects of sustaining the development, compliance culture and risk control
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration and related discipline
• RO or qualified to be registered as Responsible Officer of RA 2 and RA 5
• Experience in brokerage business
• Good connection with Professional Investors in Futures and Options Market
• Strong leadership, proactive and results driven
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a MUST
