Quantity Surveyor

 Job Duties:

• Preparation Interim Payment Applications
• Measuring and Pricing of Variations including agreeing final account
• Preparation of Cash-flow Projection
• Assisting on procurement of subcontracts
• Administration and management of subcontracts
• Compiling and Updating commercial accounts and records
• Assisting Project Manager for pursuing contractual claims, preparing claim documents and records keeping
• Assisting Tendering Team in tender preparation, estimation and submission

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree or above in related Quantity Surveying or Building Services disciplines
• Min. 5 years relevant experience
• With relevant experience in E&M trade measurement
• Good in coordination and communication
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with using programming software like Primavera 6, Microsoft Project or the like for project delay analysis and claim preparation will be an advantage
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
