Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service support to customers in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region, manage inbound and outbound deliveries and stock movement within our Asia Pacific Hub in Singapore. The primary responsibilities include:

• Sales Orders Fulfillment
• Being the 1st contact to customer to manage daily communications on all inquiries/ issues/ complaints.
• Coordinate with HQ Supply Managers and Factories to ensure on-time deliveries
• Arrange deliveries from Distribution Centers in Singapore and Germany to Asia Pacific and Middle East customers
• Manage deliveries directly from Factories to our end customers
• Coordinate shipments with Forwarders
• Handle customer claims and inquiries from CRM system
• Manage return shipments from customers
• Provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction
• Data analysis to monitor Logistical KPI
• Ad hoc tasks as required by Management

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Self- motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Logistics Officer
