Event / Project Coordinator / Manager

About the role

Sine Motion Limited is seeking an experienced Event / Project Coordinator / Manager to join our dynamic team in our Hung Hom, Kowloon City District office. This full-time role will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our corporate events and projects, ensuring seamless delivery and a positive experience for our clients and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage the planning, organisation and execution of corporate events, conferences, product launches and other projects
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of events and projects
• Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV requirements, guest registration and on-the-day coordination
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote upcoming events
• Collect and analyse event feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress updates to management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar event management or project coordination role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams
• Proficient in event planning software, CRM tools and MS Office suite
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail to conceptualise and deliver engaging events
• Familiarity with event promotion, marketing and brand management
