Sales Executive / CS Executive (SME SALES)

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries;
• Meet clients if they require further assistance;
• Manage client's project and expectations;
• Develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or equivalent experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Fluent in English / Mandarin (must our major office is in Shenzhen, China);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service / B2B services (SME)
• Banking, accounting, media background an advantage;
• Good team player, independently work, willing to learn and self-motivated.
