Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Backend Development: Lead the design and development of high-performance backend systems using Spring Boot and related Java technologies.

• Architecture & Scalability: Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.

• Development Standards: Define and uphold coding standards and engineering best practices within the team.

• Deployment & DevOps: Manage deployment pipelines (preferably on AWS) and optimize CI/CD processes for smooth and reliable releases.

• System Monitoring & QA: Improve system stability through enhanced monitoring and testing strategies. Conduct thorough code reviews and drive QA improvements.

• Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to translate business requirements into clear technical roadmaps.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in backend software development.

• Proven hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, and modern Java development.

• Strong in system design, database architecture, and SQL optimization.

• Familiarity with NestJS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and AWS is a plus.

• Comfortable in agile environments and familiar with DevOps principles.
• Preference will be given to candidates with practical, hands-on development experience.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
