Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Sales Excellence

Define and execute ambitious sales strategies to exceed targets, with a focus on Meta Human solutions (AI avatars, virtual instructors) and EdTech platforms (apps, kiosks, AR/VR glass applications).

Lead cross-functional collaboration with product teams to align sales pipelines with the development of groundbreaking Meta Human and EdTech tools.

Design data-driven initiatives to capture market share in Hong Kong’s education sector, focusing on Primary School, and government-funded programs.

Customer & Team Empowerment:

Build lasting relationships with schools, corporate training providers, and government stakeholders.

Resolve complex client challenges, leveraging deep expertise in Meta Human applications (e.g., virtual tutors, interactive simulations) and EdTech pain points.

Partner with marketing to craft compelling narratives around our technology’s impact on personalized learning and workforce development.

Operational Mastery:

Analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine strategies, forecast revenue, and report progress to executive leadership.

Navigate the government RFP process for education technology contracts, ensuring compliance and competitive proposals.

Streamline workflows with finance, customer support, and tech teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

3+ years in senior sales/marketing roles within Hong Kong’s education sector, with a proven track record in EdTech solutions.

Expertise in government RFPs, particularly in education technology procurement and public-sector partnerships.

Technical fluency in Meta Human technologies (AI, VR/AR, 3D modeling tools) and EdTech platforms (mobile apps, kiosks, LMS systems).

Startup mindset: Thrive in fast-paced environments, pivot strategies swiftly, and inspire teams through ambiguity.

Good negotiation and storytelling skills, with the ability to align Meta Human/EdTech solutions to institutional needs.
