About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive or Sales Manager to join the Sales team at TaaS Group Limited. This is a full-time position based in our office in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. As a Sales Executive or Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our client base within the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your strong sales and networking skills
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and secure new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Sales team and the wider organisation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the sales industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
• Familiarity with the sales industry and its trends, challenges, and best practices
